Our original plan was to demolish the holiday apartments built at the start of the year 2000 and build something brand new. However, South Tyrol is all about sustainability, so we thought we should practise what we preach. We did our best to build as little as possible and worked with what already existed. Sustainability is also about blending into the environment, which is why we painted the building green so that it looks as though it belongs to the landscape, seamlessly merging with the forest and mountains. We renovated the interiors, so that the “old” building from the 2000s now boasts nineteen holiday apartments. They were here before, mind you, but have received some tender, loving care and are all jazzed up. Just as we like it.

Nancy’s is as green(e) as can be – that applies to both the hotel as well as to the host. Indeed, Walter, who ran the infrastructure before, named his daughter Nancy after Canadian skier Nancy Greene. And now Nancy has turned her father’s building into a green one – talk about coming full circle!

The listed prices are starting prices per unit / per night. These can vary depending on the season.

We are happy to welcome dogs on request. We allow one dog per accommodation at 20 / night.

• Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price

• Cancellation from 14 days before arrival: 70% of the agreed total price

• In the event of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the agreed daily price per day not used

• In case of no-show: 100% of the agreed total price

The prices include the check-out cleaning charge, car park, free access to the heated outdoor pool (enter the pool from inside the building) and free access to the “Roman Bath” with whirlpool and sauna. The building also has a spacious ski and bike depot in the basement. The Guestcard is also included, providing free public transport in the region.

Breakfast any way you like it – no, for real! Breakfast is delivered daily to your apartment or chalet – simply preorder what you want the evening before. We recommend you give our mouthwatering “Nancy’s waffles” a try. You can always pop down to the brand-new Lobby and have breakfast there, or swing by whenever you want a freshly roasted Italian espresso. Breakfast is included when booking the Cozy New Homes.

Drinks & Snacks Head to Nancy's Lobby for coffee, snacks, and refreshing beverages throughout the day. You can also order stuffed focaccia made by the local baker Francesco. And why not treat yourself to some fondue or homemade canederli (local dumplings) or pasta? You won’t even have to come and pick them up, as we’ll deliver them to your chalet or apartment. And it wouldn’t be an Italian experience if you don’t order delicious pizza – so what are you waiting for? Tuck in!

The bathrooms in the revamped PRETTY HOMES are from the year 2000 and not from the 1980s as some of the Google reviews say. It’s true: they aren’t brand-new, so some of the tiles, while still retaining their baby blue and canary yellow hues, aren’t as bright as they were when we first placed them. That doesn’t take any of their beauty away – indeed, it adds a touch of charm to the whole place. And, at the end of the day, the bathrooms are spacious and work, which is what matters.
